How do I donate pet products?

Donating is easy! You can drop off your gently used pet supplies at any of our three convenient donation locations, or request a free local pickup if you're within our eligible service area.

Every donation is carefully inspected before it's added to our shop, helping quality pet products find a second life with another pet family.

How To Book

Email us at donations@secondpaw.ca or send us a DM on Instagram @secondpaw.ca. Let us know what items you have, and we’ll confirm everything and schedule a drop-off time.

Are donated items inspected?

Yes. Every accepted item is carefully reviewed to ensure it's clean, functional, and suitable for another pet family before it's offered for sale.

Do you clean donated products?

Items are inspected and prepared before being placed on our shelves. We encourage donors to clean products before donating whenever possible.

What items can I donate?

We accept gently used pet clothing, beds, crates, carriers, toys, bowls, leashes, collars, grooming supplies, and other quality pet essentials that are clean and in good condition.

What items can't be donated?

For the safety of pets, we can't accept recalled products, damaged or broken items, expired food or medication, opened treats, or anything that isn't clean and safe to use.
